This comment arose out of her saying that Apple charges too much for their product. If I raise the price on my donuts at my donut shop, should the town break up my company? It is my company. Do you think it is my company, do you think I have a right to run my company the way I see fit?

An interesting concept, an interesting topic. Or you can jump in with Sunhouse and go back to Epstein. When you do that, remember AvJoe is out playing golf without a care in the world..

They should stand their ground and laugh at the rich leaving (How many are actually leaving? What percentage of the actual rich? No one seems to know. Republicans panic far too easily. That's why they gave in so easily to Trump. No values), I believe "Good Riddance" is the proper goodbye phrase.

You turn to the NY Post, a propaganda magazine for billionaires, to find facts on this? What about the data showing that signed contracts on $4+ million homes in NYC is increasing after Mamdani increased taxes?

Read more real stuff. The premise that rich people would uproot their families and their lives over a couple extra bucks in their bank account is ridiculous. Rich people are pretty entrenched. Places matter. People matter. You'll have anecdotes where a few people leave of course, but they're leaving because New York City isn't working for them, not because they had to pay 1% more in taxes. Imagine uprooting your family over that, you'd have to be insane.

I like how they claim ICE detention facilities are Concentration Camps and when police officers shoot criminals in self defense it was a public execution, etc.
