Really what the American people are concerned the most with is the economy. Of course, what we often get from the Republicans and those in the Tea Party is fighting over civil rights, gay marriage, and wars against Islam when all this is equates to shuffling chairs around on the Titanic. I say Ben should run and REFUSE to feild questions regarding abortion/gay marriage etc stating that this is a matter for the Supreme Court, not the commander in chief. Perhaps he could run as an independent? I would then begin blasting away at the corruption and ineptitude of the federal government in terms of failed interventions in the past to reverse course. My guess is that he could reduce Obama to looking like a feeble minded school girl in a debate regarding economics. In short, he would crush Obama.
If history is any indication, what we will probably get instead is the soccor mom running against a black version of "W" on steroids.
