So what conclusion can we draw? Connect the dots. Look at the data. The debate was a blip. The truth is this: Joe Biden WILL REMAIN the smartest and most competent President to hold office between 2016 and 2028.
There has been no mental decline. There is no cognitive deficit. He's fine, has been fine, and probably will be fine well into his 90's. 😆
