Naturally, educating people so they realize such practices and attitudes still have that effect would be a good start.
EDIT: It's a red herring, but Asian-Americans don't start outearning whites until they reach Masters Degree level.
It's about performance based on a companies history in regards to past employees.
Banks operate the same way in regards to loans.
Who is more likely to actually pay the loan back vs which demographic has a history of not paying it back.
Prejudice? Yes I guess so 🤔
But banks can't survive unless they go by stats like this one.
And companies can't survive if everyone makes the same but a few are out performing the others.
We are not all the same.
Some races perform better.
All races have something that they are the best at.
A scientist who actually comes up with new ideas and theories is more valuable than a mediocre scientist like sonhouse 😉

Well I HAVE come up with original ideas and two of us are writing a paper on it now, about gravitational lensing and the heliopause but you most likely don't even know what that is.
So tell me what YOUR outstanding achievements are? What was your Phd thesis?

But I am SO mediocre, I don't know how I manage to get up in the morning with all my mediocre shame.
I also compose music on acoustic guitars, mandolin and keyboards and now have 128 tracks on Soundcloud, a site for sure you would have never heard of and would no doubt not have the slightest interest in even listening to the highly talented other musicians posting there, forget MY mediocre crap music.
