When I see Biden in a press conference, I see someone who speaks intelligently and has his subject matter straight.
He's had a life long stuttering problem but some of us can see beyond that
I don't hear any of that ....
"No one knows as much about nuclear physics as I do"
"You're a very nasty person, a lousy reporter and your network has low ratings"
There is common sense in the proceedings whether things are going well or poorly for Biden.
But I guess hillbillies like 3 ring circuses.
