Only 64%? What are the other 36% doing?
What are the other 41% of native borns "doing"?

The point is immigrants are more likely to hold down a full time job than the native born. That increases GDP.

I did copy and paste it, you pathetic moron. I'll do it AGAIN:

"Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified
documents to avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According
to the indictment, he not only refused to return documents for months, but he
also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it."
"he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it"

Who destroyed what evidence?

How are the other 36% making a living? Are they on welfare?

He did not cover up evidence. At best he dragged his feet out of spite. They knew he had them. What did he cover up?
We've been all over this when we discussed the indictment. I refuse to waste further time on it.

He "covered up" by having Nauta hid documents, he "covered up" by having his representatives falsely swear that he had returned all classified documents in response to subpoena in June 2022, he "covered up" by forcing DOJ to eventually get a search warrant and find many classified documents when he had claimed he no longer had any.

It's all in the indictment and the case is a slam dunk unless the pro-Trump Judge succeeds in her attempts to impede the start of the trial for years AND a Republican wins the Presidential election in 2024.

Are the other 41% of native born on welfare? Of course not.

No, those are allegation that have not been proven. Like these false allegations:

OMG, his idiot lawyer says he's innocent! I guess that "proves" it, huh?

The allegations will be proven at trial but they were sufficient for a Grand Jury to return an indictment.

The US labor force participation rate is 62.5% overall. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/CIVPART/

"The Bureau of Labor Statistics tracks the labor participation rate as the percentage of the civilian noninstitutional population actively working or looking for work. It only considers those aged 16 or older as part of the labor pool.

100% labor force participation is unrealistic. Most 16-year-olds remain in school, and many continue to college. Plus, this measure includes older Americans who have passed retirement age."

What part of "allegation" do you not understand? What do allegations prove? Does that mean Tara Reade should be taken seriously? You have no more proof than I do and you know it.

Slavery is good for the economy too then. Right?
You do realize that migrant agriculture workers do not have to be paid minimum wage, right? I grew up on a dairy farm. Farms are exempt from minimum wages.

@metal-brain said
Are you sure it was a solid point? How would illegal migrants add a large percentage of growth to our GNP? Is it because they work for less than minimum wage? Did slavery do the same thing?

Sounds like no1 is defending economic slavery because it is good for the economy, but he is supposed to be a liberal opposed to that. Am I missing some important context in your debate with him?
Short answer, I havent the time to devote to research, so on a forum point such as he made, that they contribute $1T to economy, I did a terse search and found that his number is about correct and conceded. But, not digging in to other elements was a mistake. Even without digging, I should have offset his $1T with how much exhorbitant amounts we are spending on these illegal invaders.
I hereby retract my concession!!!!!! (Is Marauder reading this?!)
