Is it the time of the end when all the powerful can do is complain and whine about those who no longer understand the true nature of the beast anymore?
Isnt it a little too convenient to say, lets call anyone who wants to use their mind, think critically and make observations that on occasion will be critical of the USA, as simply being the BLAME AMERICA FIRST crowd?
This to me is the very opposite of what made America great in the first place. When the strong would rather duck criticism and try an find enemies from within, then it starts to sound a bit like a house divided against itself.
If you lived in a house and someone pointed out that the foundation was showing signs of crumbling, or that the walls had cracks or that the roof was leaking, is it a rational response to label those people as being against the house, or would you think about their observations, investigate the truth rigorously and try and fix the problems where they exist?
Isn't the act of trying to shut up criticism of the US itself, also an Un American activity?

wtf? are you some kind of anti american communist or something? all of America's ill's can be placed squarely on your shoulders mister, you and people like you make me want to puke!ðŸ˜
You cant have it both ways. You cant do what you want and then instead of taking responsibility for the consequences for your actions then blame the rest of the world and say its just another one of those BAF pukesnarkles.
I'm taking a wild guess here but you probably wouldn't support welfare to an impoverished person in society on the basis that they shouldn't blame someone else for their own problems. Why is it so hard then to take your own medicine?

Well I refuse to make this relationship that developed between me and the US to be a one way street. As much as you or I may not have particularly cared for the relationship being there in the first place, the reality is, its there whether either of us like it or want it. So what should I do about it?
Should I ignore it? Should I pretend it doesn't exist? Or should I try at least to engage with it?
Personally I do sincerely believe that the world is a much better place for the USA having been brought into existence. The US declaration of Independence and its constitution as well as the articulation of a Bill of Rights have done much to establish values of freedom and notions of acceptable conduct by leaders of nations and governments and peoples that I think does go unrecognized and so taken for granted that I can understand why Americans might take umbrage at the 'ungrateful' attacks on her by her so called 'friends'.
The question then becomes, what sort of friends would you like to have? Ones that only tell you what you want to hear?
