I will believe Bush's sincerity concerning alternative fuel when he actually puts money into it, rather than just talking about it. It made for good t.v., that's all.
The war isn't going well, his social security plan was a bad joke, his medicare plan is a farce, so he decided to talk about the one thing all Americans agree on; gas.
