@suzianne saidI’m not following this really, but I have to say you appear to think that funding is a big deal. I don’t think the constitution says anything about it. Shouldn’t each state work out their own problems and have the appropriate parties fund their own stuff? I go out every day to earn a living for my family, nobody is funding me.
