Caliphate dead pool

Now that a Caliphate is forming in Iraq, something Glenn Beck was mocked for predicting, what country will fall next?

I'm thinking Obama has not given up on ousting Asad, therefore, I think Syria will be next.

I guess you know about as well as Glenn Beck what a caliphate is.

Strictly speaking there's nothing stopping anyone from declaring a caliphate, but it is extremely unlikely that Iraqi rebels, even if successful, will declare one. It is supposed to be a title held by a unified Sunni (or Shi'a) state, and declaring one will be a challenge to other rulers of Sunni majority nation states, both to their religious authority as well as their secular territorial claims.
