I don't know why. Last year I adopted the Kansas City Chiefs. Because I knew the parents of one of the players. They traded him to the Bears.

This year I adopted the Eagles. for no apparent reason.

My brother has been a steeler fan for forty years. He has two leather "Steeler" jackets, has gone to see them play and is a big time fan.

So. Can I be lucky enough to have his Steelers against my Eagles in the super bowl? Anybody want to come to the party? I guarantee we are gonna have a good one.

Can the Steelers beat the Eagles? Yes I think so. Will they? I think so but I bet on the Eagles I think?

TO is the best receiver in the game but he's an A-hole.

I used to be a 49r. When Steve Young was the QB. But then I am a BYU grunt. What to expect?

Terryl is just a kid who has too much talent. See me in thirty years when he is in my shoes. Then I'll tell you if he is a good man. What did he do? Besides play a kids game.

There's the problem with people in Utah (one of them), while they have one of the most beautiful states in the United States, they have NFL envy. They just pick and choose a team by how well they are doing. Some of us that have been fans for life must suffer through seasons like the Dolphins are having now. But at least I can say I was fan way, way back when.

As for TO; I don't know if you can have too much talent, he sure has a lot, but it would be refreshing to see him just play. No showboating or running his mouth, just running patterns.

I was back in the day when Montana was running the show. My opinion, the best quarterback period. Young was no slouch either and then there's that Rice guy or whatever his name is 🙂

TO has the skills, that's for sure. Hopefully he will mellow out but he isn't that bad, I guess. Not as bad as Keyshawn who talks a much better game than he plays.

My wife would agree with you and I think TV has definitely slowed the game down a bit. I think it helps if you have played American football in your life to appreciate it more.

I would love to get the chance to play the game myself. Can't see it happening thanks to where I live.
As I don't support a team based on location I change who I support game by game. Playing exciting football is what I want. And supporting the underdog is good too. Watching the Titans vs. the Redskins on Tuesday (It was Tuesday here 😛) I supported the Redskins. Just the way their defence plays is the way I think defence should be played. Energetic and hardhitting.
I'll be rooting for the Steelers in their game against the Eagles. More players who play for the team I think. TO just gets on my nerves.

Only to those that don't understand it. From an American point of view, cricket is the most boring game in the world. Or possibly curling!

For my dollar I'll take both footballs, as growing up I played them both, mostly soccer(football).

I wouldn't be surprise to see those teams in the big game. But remember, when Pitt beat New England, NE didn't have Corey Dillon. It will be a bit harder the next time. As a die-hard Dolphins fan and hater of all other teams in the AFC East, I say "GO STEELERS!"
