I can't tell you how offensive it is to want nothing to do with DEI.
My own family is multi racial, multi cultural, daughter in law, Mayan Indian, another one married to a Tamil from India, have to half Indian grandkids, daughter working on her Phd in music, her husband teaches physics, Phd in statistical physics, they live in brazil.
My wife is part American Indian, her grandmother was born and lived on their res.
We adopted twin boys, half Columbian, half Puerto Rican.
My wife's first husband was full blooded Hawaiian so my step kids are half Hawaiian and my daughter is mostly Irish. My grandparents on one side, Murphy;s, the other side McCart.
So it is EXTREMELY offensive to be hearing how bad DEI is.
It is DISGUSTING to try to exclude people of color.
