Republicans do not believe in the entire Constitution , but only the parts that serves them .

@mott-the-hoople saidActually, Horowitz said the investigation was justified and debunked just about every right wing claim about it that has been made. It did say that in one small part of it - the FISA warrant against Carter Page - the agents should have disclosed more what Horowitz thought was exculpatory evidence in the applications, but didn't even say the warrant wouldn't have been issued if they had.
