The vast majority of incidents were alleged improper comments or actions like looking into a girl's room by a janitor when teenagers were present. Now these incidents, when substantiated, may well warrant disciplinary action but the report as a whole does not show the degree of rapine and sexual predators that the articles ridiculously claim.
