I told you I don't know how many times that you'd never get the real numbers from China no one will, only a select few know the approximate amount is my guess. This is what we are doing here making assumptions.

I've spent hours on the worldometers site, and checked a lot of their references over many days.
I honestly don't believe a single number that appears on the list. For a start, it's not presented on a per capita basis, so its 'leagues table' is essentially meaningless.
Then, each jurisdiction appears to be counting by a different method. Belgium checks every death in every location, and when COVID-19 is present they count it in, even if the cause of death is clearly something else. They're counting all infected people who die. That puts them at the top of the per capita death list.
UK apparently has two different versions and they seem to publish both versions in different places.
Some countries count only those who die in public hospitals.
Some inflate or deflate their numbers to manipulate the behaviour of their populations. Trump is the most obvious example.
There are a number of other factors, but it's not apples and oranges, it's a whole fruit salad.
In the specific case of China, it seems that their mindset is 'China best at everything', and media suppression allows them to maintain the public lie. They're not the only country doing that, but they're the one America is pointing at. We all know the China figures are fake, the real question is - does it matter?
In this global village, with social media producing widespread fake news, malicious rumours, conspiracy theories and deliberate misinformation, the only data you can be sure of is close to home and comes from face-to-face interaction with people you trust.
