If my country's influence is insufficient to persuade murderous dictators to resign and let their People choose their leaders in free and fair elections, I prefer that it not try to enhance its influence by providing killers more toys to kill with.

I would like to see the US government stop giving taxpayer money to other nations, regardless of whether it is in the form of military aid, or social welfare.
