In context you can tell when someone is dissing you and doing it in a way that connotes ethnicity. I can't tell but if Cuomo says yes, then Ok, but so what. It's not the end of the world for gawd's sake.

Well apparently the term Fredo is derived from a character in the Godfather.

What is funny is, Coumo then begins yelling profanity and threatening to do physical harm to the person who used such language.

Now T shirts are being made to mock Coumo.
