The Met Office has just issued an early warning for snow on Thursday morning. A copy of the text is attached.
"The snowfall is expected during the early hours of Thursday morning and there is, at this stage, there is considered to be a 60-70% risk of disruption in the London area for the rush hour on Thursday morning.
Accumulations 2 to 5 cm of snow are expected. Clearly the likely timing of the snowfall could lead to significant transport disruption. The worst of the weather should be over by early afternoon."
More details of the warning can be found on the website, <
