Another example could be when I am lossing I just let the time run out and they just accept it and what for the time to run out and they are guests not that it would effect their rating.

Ok. Say if I am playing a timed chess game and I make a few moves and just sit there they will not resign and go play someone else. And the game might be 15 minutes.
