Video 4 (Ross' cellphone) at :13 - Good is moving the steering wheel making a right turn
Video 1 at :14 - Ross pulls his gun
He fires a second later.
Video 1 at :15 - The car's front wheel is clearly pointed to the right and Ross' legs are at the side.
He fires three shots in 2 seconds, the last two being when he is obviously to the side of the vehicle.
This is called "homicide".
