So if you were Comey and you knew that Hillary had broken the law is it not his responsibility to get the news out before the election or should we keep the voters in the dark?

Then again, keeping voters in the dark is the only way to get elected. Usually they are voted in while believing lies about being able to keep their health care coverage and thinking their rates will decrease etc.
I missed where Comey said that Hillary violated the law; could you please cite to when he did so?

No, in fact he doesn't even know if they are emails they don't already have. This was a timed and precisely worded political hit in which was said absolutely nothing. It was political genius on Comey's part. Will it be enough?

The last time Comey told Hillary he was coming she deleted all the files and pleaded ignorance, no second chance this time.

How many times do I have to present this quote:

From Comey's statement:

I should add here that we found no evidence that any of the additional work-related e-mails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them.

Yeah right, 'Hillary, Hillary, its the FBI, we just want to give you a heads up Hillary', next thing we know, 30,000 emails gone. How does Comey know what the motivation was? Even if Comey found no evidence it does not mean that they were not deleted to conceal their contents, all it means is that Comey found no evidence that they were deleted to conceal their contents.

Yes, robbie I know; you don't care if there is evidence or not.

And again, there was nothing illegal about deleting her personal e-mails.

You are probably right master. I believe the investigation was so limited in scope that he was able to give that answer. The NYPD ruined their plan now though. A bunch of other stuff that they were hiding is coming out. Assanges wiki leaks also confirm this. He claims he got his info from american sources and not the Ruskies like Hillary would like us to believe.

No, I think you mean the media.

You don't know what was in those emails No1, you have only Hillary's word that they were personal.

Stop the nonsense; it's been documented she had a group of staffers and lawyers go over all her e-mails in that account and separate those that were private from those that were work-related. And then she turned over tens of thousands of the latter.

So that's a lot more than "Hillary's word".

Yeah it was Hillary's and her hired help who know better than to cross her.

Apparently they did exactly what they were told to do i.e. separate the personal e-mails from the work-related ones.

Based on what evidence?

Based on what Hillary said which is of course beyond questioning.

Hillary wasn't even present when they did the separating.

There have been multiple sworn testimonies regarding this matter, why should I believe right wing conspiracy theories based on no evidence at all rather than that testimony?

Innocent until proven guilty.
That's YOUR bloody law.

Yes. If all Comey has is innuendo or suspicion, he has to shut up. Quite right.
