There was a 9 PM curfew in effect.
The guy was out two hours after, but the cops were being nice and ignoring him until he called them bitches for no reason.
Then they turned around and arrested him.

Curfew with so many cars on the street and they left the woman behind... Are you sure?

Secondly, if the police start hitting people, then they will fight back. That will happen anywhere in the world. You would fight back too. Especially against a government that doesn't believe in due process or the rule of law, and sends people wholesale to gulags in another country.
