I am assuming this is some brutal law they have?
Anyway, does it make sense for the NATO forces to be fighting there, if somehow they can stop things like this, or is it a custom that will never die out?
Is it a waste of time and lives?
A combination of disciplined, lawful and honorable soldiers and police with overwhelming firepower and military skill combined with respect and assistance out of poverty is the most efficient solution I think. It will never die out completely...these memes rarely do...but no nation on the planet can end violence entirely.
Whether NATO should continue to be the source of military power is not clear.
