Their measures, like the Dutch, are based on responsible adults.
US adults stamp their feet like teenagers, constantly refer to documents which are hundreds of years old & severely out-dated, carry machine guns and actually believe that the US is the best country in the world (waving their little flags and pledging all sorts of nationalistic bollocks).
