While y'all skip around about Trump, this school has dictated that if a certain group of children can not keep up in a class, that the class/subject be eliminated from the curriculum. You heard me right. If your brainy kid is in that school, you might follow my lead and get in a private school if at all possible. Witness.....dumbing down.

Are yall ready for all this? And the libs have not even taken over yet.

If this catches on, producing less-educated children, who will invent the Captain Kirk thingy that transports people through the air?

When schools stopped segregation they noticed that students couldn't keep up so they dumbed it down and now the USA is ranked 27th in the world for highschool kids scores.

Smart plan 🙄

My girls kid is 21 and he and his friends are always asking me questions and I always start with...

"Why are you so dumb?"

Then I answer the question.

The future will be dumber than me.
Think about that! 😳

The Dalton School is a private one. If someone doesn't like its policies, they don't have to send their kids there.

Non-problem solved.

From what I remember it is a private school for gifted kids so I imagine any course they remove is probably way above the intelligence of the national average.

Whoops That got by me. Thanks, Marauder. I feel better now, because that involves choice. I love this country. Choices!!!

May I elaborate on one thing. Note that this liberal school is into what I have referred to before as Group-think. Do the libs here not see that? They do not think about the individuals... that are in the class. The individual. They see only a group. "We need to get this group level, same footing, equal, whatever...'That is not healthy for them, nor for society.

Group think for kids is a way to prepare them for WWIII so they will be good obeying troops that work together.

Private schools are by nature, Conservative. This is why so many business exec's and members of the 1% send their kids there. Dalton is run much like Lakeside in Seattle (Bill Gates' High school) I grew up only a few blocks from it. Though they encourage creative problem solving, they also insist on high academic standards, so your label of this "liberal school" is far off the mark.

It seems choices isn't the only thing that got by you- 😏

McHill is saying that a Conservative Administration decided to do this muck. Does anyone here believe that?

Right. Choices. But libs, some on this forum, cannot fathom the concept of choices, as it flies in the face of government control, the nanny state, if you will. Your man Obama was a critic of school vouchers (choice), but your president Trump thank-god reversed him. Any lib on the thread who likes govt does not like choices. Brrrrrrrrr
The new State (I guess that is the way we will refer to the United States from now on) will naturally reduce choices, you can bet there won't be many types of cornflakes.

Tell him about the 4 BILLION Trump STOLE from the military budget to build his bogus unneeded wall which can be breeched by a fukkking SAWZALL.

Real smart move, taking money actually needed by the military where real military projects now cannot be done because of the absolute stupidity of Trump.

I am also a vet, 4 years service and I can see right through this traitor of a POTUS.

I hope you read the history to be written about Trump in a few years and they won't be kind because unlike Trump they will tell it like it IS, ALL of it.
Even his own niece Mary Trump, who has a Phd in psychology, called him a sociopath and narcissist and she GREW UP with him and would know much more about him than most other people.

You ONLY want to tout whatever positive things Trump has done for the US.
But tell me why he sucks up to Putin every time the subject of Russia comes up, like this latest terrible hack of thousands of computers and all he can say is 'must have been China' and he says that only because of the trade war he started against China.

You notice ANYTHING EVER he said negative about ANY attack the Russians have done, like the attacks on the Ukraine where the only thing he did there was to pressure the Ukraine POTUS to find dirt on either of the Bidens or else don't expect that 400 MILLION in military aide and don't EVEN tell me they got it. We know they got it EVENTUALLY but how many Ukrainians died because of the delay caused by Trump?

That is only one example and he got IMPEACHED for it.
The fact the senate with no balls is they wouldn't even all a vote to look at the EVIDENCE much less do a real judgement on him.

Moscow Mitch said it in public there was nothing there, in other words, prejudging the case, actually refusing to even acknowledge there WAS a case but just dismissing it completely because he has no balls and sucks up to Trump every day.

Tell me THAT is fake news.

Trump again. Wearing me out. And you seriously are saying the wall engineers didn't factor in a sawzall? Didn't consider that the wall could be breached with a shop tool? So, the wall is for naught? So, are you worried like I am that those pesky sleeper-cells will walk across Texas? I would think so. I think Mexicans and Arabs don't like cold, so we might ought to move up to Northern Minnesota. But, on second thought, I have to consider that accent them people got, maybe the Mexicans will be better than having to listen to that.

Re the money used for the wall.....Have you seen what programs Biden is lining up to be funded in the Covid Bill?
TEN MILLION $ for 'gender programs' in Pakistan
FORTY Mill for the Kennedy Center
Millions to investigate doping racehorses
It is a long list of pork. Remember when Trump was elected and the govt found a building in Israel for sale for millions? One of his aides, who he 'LISTENED TO' by the way, found one that cost $300K. Trump said, I like deals, i like to save money, get the one you found.

So that seems to be the main diff between the man Trump and the piss-ant Biden.
Cant wait to see how much Biden's investiture is going to cost this country.
