Poll: Republicans Take 9-Point Lead with Hispanics, Support
from Black Voters More than Doubles — Now 27 Percent
Republicans have taken a 9-point national lead among Hispanic voters and more than doubled support in the black community to 27 percent, a Wall Street Journal survey shows.
The poll, conducted for the newspaper by Democrat firm Impact Research and GOP firm Fabrizio, Lee & Associates from March 2 to March 7, surveyed 1,500 registered voters and has a 2.5 percent margin of error.

Hopefully, this will put an end to the Rise of the Wokes.

@Earl-of-Trumps
Nah...
The democrats will lie to them and promise them something once again.
Those suckers fall for it every election 😄
@earl-of-trumps saidThe GOP will make some impressive gains in the midterms, followed by 2 years of gridlock as President Biden will be blocked at every turn by a republican congress that will shoot down even ideas made by past republicans - simply because Joe Biden wants to do them. By 2024 the voters will have to make up their mind who they dislike more, since they seem equally disenchanted with both sides.

@earl-of-trumps said(Shrug) Such claims from Republican pollsters are common before elections. Had ones claiming Trump was going to get 25% of the Black vote in 2020.

Didn't happen.
EDIT: One of the problems is that such surveys have small samples of Hispanic and Black voters and thus results from them have huge margins of error. The poll mentioned had 1500 responses (a decent survey size) but only 12 % of those were Black and 11% Hispanic meaning there were about 180 of the former and 165 of the latter. Those numbers are far too low to have any confidence in the findings absent other polls with similar findings. https://s.wsj.net/public/resources/documents/WSJPOLL032022.pdf p. 14
The Morning Consult poll has Hispanics favoring Democrats in the midterms by a 46% to 36% margin and Blacks favoring Democrats by a whopping 69% to 7%. https://assets.morningconsult.com/wp-uploads/2022/03/08161506/2203034_crosstabs_POLITICO_RVs_v1_SH.pdf Table POL2
This is similar to recent election results.

Absolutely true. This is why I commend Wall Street Journal for have chosen a Democrat and
a Republican pollster groups. But we'll see. If this war gets worse, people tend to really
stick to the incumbent. plenty of time.
