To be fair, some Conservatives want freedom for themselves, while trying to restrict the freedoms of others.

What you are writing about aren't examples of Democrats doing right wing things. They're just crazy things that happen. Our politics is awful.
The reverse of course is true, however. Republicans spend more tax dollars than Democrats, they are responsible for almost all of the 30 year massive expansion of our nations debt. Certainly these aren't things that fiscal conservatives should support.
