How bout Pelosi? It is a long list. google it. Her two $20,000 refrigerators should give you an idea. Do you think the maybe she looks at people as 'little people'? Sure she does. So, a classic elitist.

trying to help poor people while The Republicans,
seem only concerned with helping the wealthy?

That was back in 2012, and he was speaking to African-Americans, talking about Mitt Romney's economic policies. It was an election year, after all.
