They were wrong because they had an unconstitutional policy of entering homes without warrants signed by a judge, a violation of the Fourth Amendment. This is one of the specific reforms proposed by the Democrats that Republicans refuse to agree to - they want ICE to continue to violate the Constitution.

Yes, the process could use some study, some refinement. I don't know what it is right now. Do you? Did they ask for proof of citizenship of the guy that was suspicious. (wait, Marauder says no one should have such proof) Suspicious to whom? Some guy new on the job who got a bit carried away? Did the target have proof of citizenship, since he exhibited unusual activities ,warranting an arrest? You know, if I am driving over a yellow line, a policeman can pull me over for his own reasons. They look and act like violent terrorists, commit violence against innocent people, intimidate and threaten violence on others, are asking for no accountability, are motivated by politics, and they're causing people to be afraid.

Why would Congress want to authorize funding for terrorists?
