From denying elections, to appointing son-in-laws, to lying, to blaming and persecuting a minority and making them the enemy (e.g immigrants). Everything Trump does is out of the authoritarian handbook. 😆
Americans are FAILING. Failing to oppose 'our Hitler' in exactly the same way 'good' Germans failed to oppose 'their Hitler.' In fact, about 30% of America is voicing full-throated support for 'our Hitler.' Why? Humans are just like that - flawed, stupid - you choose the right word.
We have always asked the question about Nazi Germany, "Most Germans were good people. They could see what was happening. Why did they go along with it?"
Well, look in the mirror. Have you taken your shotgun and marched on Washington? No, you haven't. You are too afraid. You think, "this will all blow over." Maybe you think, "someone else will take care of this."
And pretty soon, the window of opportunity will close. Right now, the government is bring purged of nay-sayers. Now - think very carefully. How long before that effort expands to include the entire citizenry? How long before private citizens are being 'brought in for questioning' if they say something negative about Dear Leader? It's not very long. 'First, they came for me... etc.'
There is an apathy in humans. I'm too busy right now, I have more important things to do.

Sir, for a slightly fuller disclosure, I'll admit that I do at times sit still for longer videos about self-working card tricks with mathematical principles and non-tedious procedures involved.
