nice try, libs, but i think if had to wipe his hand once, he'd have to wipe his hand all through the meet-and-greet, and it would have been pretty obvious.

Clinton probably took him out to lunch at McDonalds, so Bush had left over grime on his hands that he needed to wipe off. Clinton didn't have to wipe his hands because, since his heart attack, he's only allowed to eat salad at McDonalds.
