Actually, I've heard that the KKK was founded by Sam the Scam and I'mLasked after a night of drinks in the Blue Oyster Bar. They changed the black leather for the white pointy hats.

The Democratic party was founded in the 1830s. The Civil War ended in 1865 and the KKK was founded in 1865 as well. So please explain how the KKK founded the Democratic party.
