Upon the demise and execution of Bin Laden, something struck me. Has the world entered a new phase of combat? Specifically, are world movers and shakers now willing to engage each other directly rather than enlist the efforts of millions of smucks to do their bidding at the cost of billions/trillions of dollars of their citizens? Woud it not be a better world if this were the case?
As for Libya, would it not be better to pull a double tap on Ghaddafi rather than kill of thousands of people in Libya?

I heard that Obama has a grandmother in Kenya who he is now protecting due to threats afer Bin Laden was executed. Has anyone heard this as well?
