Hey, Castration works good on females too. It is just called "having the tubes tied" and/or Hysterectomy.

The difference is that men are all gonads. You remove their balls, you make them worthless (in the eyes of society). You do it to a woman, and you make them able to go on providing a life to a dufus and/or his kids.
