I found another site saying it was in metro Phoenix some dozen or so BB's.
It turns out it is on electronic billboards and the image is on a rotation, so it is not always "up".
I expect them to get a "cease and desist", though, because the sign is so similar to the "Chik-Fil-A" ads, and Chik-Fil-A is owned by church Republicans. They're closed on Sundays.

Kamala knew Trump was going to claim immigrants ate dogs. It was carefully planned ahead of time which is why Kamala almost laughed before Trump said it. She expected him to say it because she was overly prepared to laugh at him.

Generally, when it come to mammals, humans eat vegetarian animals (pigs being the exception, though in the wild they are generally herbivore).
So, it’s a bit unnatural to eat dogs and cats.
Although I have been led to believe that I did once eat dog… my hope is that it was a prank, lost in translation…
However, I’d rather eat humans than vote bloody republican.
Which is ironic, because I am, politically speaking, a republican (opposed to a royal family).
