Educated-youth unemployment in the USA and the PRC

Isn't it interesting that in two putatively different socio-economic systems (Representative Plutocracy in the USA and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the PRC), college graduates are having a very difficult time finding entry-level jobs suitable to their abilities?

Both are the same where it matters - they both prioritize the economic well being of their richest citizens over the poor.
