Funny how big lies can do that. Some anti commie movie I watched when I was in college, went like this: Tell a lie, make it big enough and people will believe, in that case about the McCarthy hearings killing the reputations of hundreds of people but it works very well for a sociopath like Trump and he has hypnotized millions of folks into believing the big lie.
Now it doesn't matter that it IS a lie BIGTIME LIE if 20 million IDIOTS gave up the right to think for themselves and just got sucked into it, it is still a political force to deal with and that is that. The believers will NEVER be convinced it is a lie, THE BIG lie of Trump so they are all in lock step with a psychopath.
@sonhouse saidWhat lie?

We are waiting. What lie are you talking about?
@metal-brain saidThe lie that the 2020 election result was wrong, that Trump won.
What lie?

@moonbus saidIt is only a lie if he did not believe it.
The lie that the 2020 election result was wrong, that Trump won.
Do you have proof that he knew he lost fair and square?
Hillary Clinton called Trump an illegitimate POTUS and said he knew it.
Is that also a "big lie"?
Either they are both big lies or neither of them are. Which is it?
@metal-brain saidThat is exactly what the Jan 6 commission is establishing as we type. Several people close to him, including AG Barr, informed him that there was no fraud on a scale which would have altered the result. He knew he was lying. He knows it now.

Unless you diagnose him as criminally insane and unable to intellectually distinguish truth from lies; in which case, he should have been removed from office for that reason alone long before the 2020 election.
@sonhouse saidthe biggest lie is dems have you libs think they are on your side.

@moonbus saidAG Barr said the same thing about the 2016 election.

So Hillary told the big lie too. Right?
Or did AG Barr merely express his opinion and that is not enough to convince people? In that case it is not a lie.
Either way you are wrong.
@metal-brain saidBarr’s opinion is congruent with the preponderance of evidence. Trump’s lie is contradicted by the preponderance of evidence. That makes one of them right and the other one a liar.

Barr was right about both of them.
