Because Trump ALWAYS backs down on his threats, the market crashes, OOPS, Ok, I won't do that 145% tariff on China or Oops, Ok, I won't do that 50% tariff on Europe.

So they now call him TACO:

It makes sense,.the markets need to cope with uncertainty by just ignoring it..Predictably,.trump flipped out when he was asked a question about this:

"Don't ever say what you just said. Nasty question."

The way to deal with a bully is to give him a bloody nose. He’ll try the same thing again harder, once, but if you give him a second bloody nose, he’ll cave in. The worst thing Europe could do right now is to try to close separate deals, one country or product at a time. Europe should stand fast and united, and present Trump with a total and consistent EU tariff on American goods of double whatever tariff Trump imposes on any single European country. He’ll chicken.
