Woman not being charged with the deaths of 3 relatives during a lunch.
She used dried mushrooms of the death cap variety (one can only boggle why they’re on sale next to the dried Porcini)…
Says the woman: “"I am now devastated to think that these mushrooms may have contributed to the illness suffered by my loved ones.”
Police believe the victims had eaten death cap mushrooms, which are lethal if ingested.
You can’t make this stuff up.
Ms Patterson had invited her former in-laws Gail and Don Patterson, along with Gail's sister Heather Wilkinson and Heather's husband Ian. Her estranged husband could not attend last minute.
Uhuh. Nothing fishy about the guest list either.
Deadly spiders, deadly sharks, aggressive Chlymidic koalas, poisonous snakes, barbed dicked platypi… with poisonous feet barbs… aggressive deer and wayoma… is there anything normal in that bloody country?

We're pretty good at managing the risks here. And they don't include guns, which helps a lot.

@shavixmir saidSounds like a setup. In-laws? Estranged husband?

The inlaws are pretty stupid though.
All mushrooms can be eaten, some many times, and some once.

I remember this story of a man who got bit in his testicles by a red back, whilst sitting on the toilet. He survived.
Okay… but a year later the same thing happened to him again…
Madness!

@vivify saidIndeed, an island of droughts, wild fires, crocodiles and killer sting rays.
Murderous jelly fish, psycho dogs and giant rats that hop at 72 kilometers per hour....
No wonder that island was used as giant prison.
An island of convicts.. and the type of person who would want to guard them…

One of the better red wines around. Marketed as the wines of convicts
@shavixmir saidThe Shiraz is fairly conciliatory.
Oh. I do like Australian wine.
I do, however, presume it will kill me.
