You seem to be a fairly strong chess player. Did you play chess on the flight line? The only chess I saw at my base was in the USO club, we played simuls and the airmen would win a small prize, I won too much and the CO told me, lose a few games so the airmen won't give up, this USO event is getting a good audience.

I've been giving up a pawn at the start.
No gambits and no tricks.
I am testing the theory of people playing better when they are behind in material.
I've been lucky so far but plenty of bad moves.
I got tired of playing speed games at another site.

U mean Lichess? I play bullet there all the time. 1 minute games. 2 minutes total.
Do you have USCF or some such rating? Mine is about the same USCF as RHP for some reason.

At Lichess I am 2001 rated in ten minute rapid games but that site uses inflated ratings.
At the other two big sites I am 1850ish in ten minute games.

I don't have a real OTB rating but I imagine I might be around 1500.
