From wedgie: "We are all in the Matrix!"
A film that champions individualism, loved it, you can choose the unreality of socialism, collectivism, leftyism i.e. the Matrix, where everyone survives for the greater good (Good? by whose standard?) or you can take reality, and while it may not be pretty, and it definitely isn't a utopia, you do have your own life.
Agent Smith is the allegorical greeny with his low, anti-life opinion of humans: "...There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Humans beings are a _disease_, a _cancer_ of this planet...and _we_...are the cure. It's a little easier for him say such things because he is not a human himself, less contradictory than real life greenies who are faced with a dilemma, how do they set themselves up as the superior saviours who know what's best for everyone else while at the same time preaching "we're all in it together." Look to Orwells "Animal Farm" for some answers to that dichotomy.

We are talking about existence, not politics!
Needs to be a you, but not a bed.
