Biden isn't giving them phones to track them, it's so the illegals can coordinate with all the relative they left behind and tell them how to get here, what to expect, how to get hooked-up on the government help-wagon, etc., because they are all gonna be future democrat voters. Along with their kids and kid's kids, to infinity and beyond.
