We have a history of creating quarantined areas to take care of stuff like this. I am not sure why what was useful in the past is being ignored today.

I don't suppose you watch anything but Faux News but Cuomo put out a request directly aimed at Trump to do exactly that and Trump basically gave him the middle finger.
