If anything, this is election fraud, and barely that, because the issue here is that the tabulation tapes were not signed by poll workers as the state law requires. This is cherry picking. The voters did not act to defraud anyone. They voted, and their votes should be upheld and not held hostage by some stupid state law.

The video clip was a board meeting, not a court case. They'll kick it up the chain, try to find out whose responsible, what happened, where the missing stuff is, and THEN call it what it is. But you already know it cost the election just because you know. You heard the lie repeated so many times it cannot be untrue. Your brain already made up its mind and no evidence for or against changes anything.
This was probably the most scrutinized election in world history. They've done hundreds of audits, forensic audits, third party audits, dozens of court cases. In cases where conclusive fraud has been proven, most of them revealed that Biden won by more than previously thought. And in no case has any evidence been presented to suggest the election called the wrong person the winner.
