This is one of the things I respect about Switzerland: the goobermint cannot do anything it damn well pleases, and if it does, the electorate has compulsory means to dis-enact bad legislation. It's time for America to rewrite its Constitution and BoR. The current administration is systematically deconstructing them anyway.
