About 6,500 migrants have been rescued off Libya, the Italian coastguard says, in one of the biggest operations of its kind to date.

So if someone points a gun, knife or fist in your face and you do not resist to avoid being shot, knifed or punched, a more lenient sentence is deserved??? Also, if a woman is drugged by her attacker and therefor cannot resist then the perpetrator deserves a lesser sentence? Really?
