edit: right, they've done.

I liked the way he was going on about meritocracy, how he was going to support the poorer in society to succeed and do well in education with grants and such, I also liked how he was going on about the NHS, and how good it is compared to other countries, and how he was going to improve it even more.

I really like the idea of a meritocracy. 🙂
