The evil galactic empire has been trying to rid the universe of Mon Castro's presence, ever since he rid the Cuban system of corrupt senators, Sith lords and child pornography, some 40 years earlier.
The Evil galactic empire has fiendishly befuddled the trade federation into blockading the Cuban system for many years.
As of late Emperor Darth Bush has used the Empire's embassy in the Cuban system as a movie screen, showing ever corrupting lies and trying to anger the rebel allience. Anger leads to hatred, hatred leads to the darkside. The rebels have so far withstood the Emperor's taunting.
Boldy going where no man has gone before, Grand Moff Rice, after slicing off Grand Moff Powell's political head with one vile swoop of her lightsaber, has put the Senate's "Commission for Assistance to a Free Cuban system" to use. Commonly referred to as the "Not quite so Deadly Star", it's aim is to warp the rebel allience's view on reality.
However, secret plans of the "Not quite so Deadly Star" were leaked to Mon Castro by Posada Carriles, an ex bounty hunter, before he was shipped off to the Guatanamo penal colony on Cuba Alfa 0.
Having read the secret plans, Mon Castro spoke to the allience assembly saying: "The Grand Moff has lost her marbles and is as silly as a Tie fighter in an asteroid belt."
