Our previous Prime Minister, one Right Honorable John Winston Howard, who was not endowed with tallness, was affectionately referred to in our press as Bonzai Bush because of his attention to detail as a little bush. Little Johnnie (how he was also affectionately referred too) was quite at home with the notion of being deputized by the bigger Bush to be the local law enforcement in the region.
