In the 6 Day War, the Arab forces outnumbered by far the Israelis forces. But the Jews were smarter. A preemptive strike was absolutely necessary for Israels survival. This was exactly 20 years after the War of Independence where the Arab forces wanted no partition. They just wanted the Jews dead. Smart Israel.
